Accessibility Statement
RentalBlueprint
Effective date: April 2026 · Last Updated: 4/22/2026
01 Scope of This Statement
This accessibility statement applies to the RentalBlueprint website located at startpropertymanagement.com, including all pages and content hosted on that domain. It does not apply to third-party websites or platforms we link to, such as Gumroad (our purchase and delivery platform), which maintain their own accessibility policies.
Â
This statement was last reviewed in April 2026. We review and update it at least annually, or whenever significant changes are made to the website.
04 Known Accessibility Issues
We are committed to transparency about areas where our website or products do not yet fully meet accessibility standards. The following known issues are on our remediation list:

Embedded HTML sections:Â Some embedded HTML sections (built using Wix's custom code blocks) may not expose full ARIA landmark information to screen readers.Â
Planned resolution: Under review — ARIA roles to be added in next site update

Scrolling marquee strip:Â The animated scrolling text strip may cause difficulties for users with vestibular disorders or motion sensitivity. No pause mechanism is currently provided.
Planned resolution:Â A pause or reduce-motion option to be added. Users may disable animations via their operating system's Reduce Motion setting in the interim.

Color contrast in some UI cards:Â Certain secondary text elements within dark-background card components may not meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio requirement.
Planned resolution:Â To be addressed in the next design iteration.

PDF accessibility:Â If any content is distributed as PDF, those files may not be fully tagged for screen reader access.
Planned resolution:Â Any PDFs will be reviewed and tagged before distribution.

Third-party purchase platform:Â The Gumroad purchase and download flow is operated by a third party. Gumroad's accessibility is outside our direct control.Â
Planned resolution:Â We have selected Gumroad in part because it is a widely used and actively maintained platform. For alternative purchase arrangements, please contact us.
06 Alternative Access to Our Products
We recognise that despite our best efforts, some users may encounter barriers when accessing our website or digital products. If you are unable to access any part of our website or download your purchased product due to an accessibility barrier, we are committed to providing an alternative means of access.
Â
Please contact us at contact@startpropertymanagement.com and describe the barrier you are experiencing. We will work with you to provide the content in an alternative format or through an alternative method at no additional cost, within a reasonable timeframe.
07 Feedback & Reporting Accessibility Issues
Your feedback is one of the most important tools we have for improving accessibility. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in our products that is not listed in Section 4, or if you have suggestions for improvement, we want to hear from you.

To report an accessibility issue, please use this format:
Email: contact@startpropertymanagement.com
Subject line: Accessibility Feedback - startpropertymanagement.com

Please include in your message:
-
The URL of the page where you encountered the issue
-
A description of the barrier you experienced
-
The assistive technology or browser you were using (if known)
-
What you were trying to do when you encountered the barrier

We will try to acknowledge all accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response, including our planned resolution, within 20 business days.
RentalBlueprint is committed to ensuring that our website and digital products are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and resources, and we are actively working to meet that standard.
02 Our Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

WCAG 2.1 Level A: Partially conforms — we are working toward full compliance
WCAG 2.1 Level AA: Partially conforms — our target standard; known gaps are listed in Section 4

Partially conforms means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard. We are aware of these gaps and are actively working to address them. We have chosen to be transparent about our current status rather than claim full compliance prematurely.
03 What We Have Done to Improve Accessibility
We have taken the following steps to make startpropertymanagement.com more accessible:
Â
Text and typography
-
All body text meets minimum contrast ratio requirements (4.5:1) against its background colour
-
Font sizes are set in relative units so they scale when users adjust their browser's text size
-
We do not rely on color alone to convey meaning. Text labels accompany all colour-coded elements
-
Line height and letter spacing are set to support readability for users with dyslexia or low vision
Â
Navigation and structure
-
All pages include a logical heading hierarchy (H1 through H3) that screen readers can navigate
-
Navigation links are descriptive. We avoid ambiguous link text such as 'click here' or 'read more'
-
The website can be navigated using a keyboard alone without requiring a mouse
-
Focus indicators are visible when navigating by keyboard so users can track their position on the page
Â
Images and media
-
All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text (alt text)
-
Decorative images that do not convey content are marked so screen readers skip them
-
We do not use auto-playing audio or video that cannot be paused
Â
Forms and interactions
-
All form fields include visible labels associated with their input
-
Error messages identify the field in error and describe what is required to correct it
-
Interactive components including accordions and navigation menus are keyboard accessible
Â
Digital products (downloadable documents)
-
Our SOP documents are delivered as PDF files, which support screen reader access when opened in compatible software
-
Documents use structured heading styles (Heading 1, Heading 2) rather than manually formatted text, enabling navigation by heading in Word and Google Docs
-
Tables in our documents include header rows to assist screen reader users in understanding data relationships
-
We use sufficient colour contrast within document tables and section headers
